渡部桃子 (わたべももこ）
東京生まれ。母の手ほどきによりピアノを始める。
2005年、ヤマハジュニア専門コース卒業。
2013年、東京音楽大学音楽学部音楽学科器楽専攻(ピアノ)入学。
2015年、東京音楽大学短期留学奨学生としてハノーファー音楽•演劇•メディア大学へ短期留学。
同年、初のピアノリサイタルを東京で開催。
2016年、ヨーロッパ国際音楽コンクール in Japan 大学A部門銀賞受賞。
2017年、東京音楽大学ピアノ科首席卒業。
同年、オーストリア国立音楽大学修士課程入学。
2019年、妹さくらとジョイントリサイタルを東京で開催。
同年、Erasmus 奨学金を得てフライブルク音楽大学修士課程へ交換留学。
2020年、フライブルク音楽大学国家演奏家資格課程に唯一のピアノ科として入学。
当時の入学試験の一部がコロナウィルスにより、特別措置としてDisklavierを用いて日本とフライブルクで遠隔入試を実施。その模様がドイツの国営ラジオ(Rundfunk)、ドイツ国営テレビ(ZDF)、日本のnews zero 、Yahoo!ニュース等に掲載。
同年、モーツァルテウム音楽大学を満場一致の最優秀で卒業。
2021年、Deutschlandstipendium奨学生。
2022年、伊AMIGDALA International music competition 室内楽部門で最優秀賞受賞。
同年10月、ボンのベートーヴェンハウスで演奏。
2023年2月、フライブルク音楽大学国家演奏家資格課程卒業。
同年3月、ケルン日本文化会館で演奏。
同年4月より日本へ本帰国。
帰国後はソロとアンサンブルの演奏活動並びに後進の指導にあたる。
これまでにピアノを山田優子、吉原裕子、中島純子、武田真理、島田美穂、Bernd Goetzke、Gereon Kleiner、Hardy Rittnerの各氏に師事。ソルフェージュを歳森今日子氏に師事。室内楽をCordelia Höfer-Teutsch、Tünde Kurucz、Radovan Vlatković、Wolfgang Redik、Roglit Ishayの各氏に師事。リート伴奏をPaulina Tukiainen、Matthias Alteheld の各氏に師事。
Roland Krüger 、Thomas Böckeler、Gilead Mishory、Hartmut Höll、Jan-Philipp Schulze、Robert Levinの各氏のマスタークラスを受講。ディプロマ取得。
Profile
Momoko WATABE
Japanese pianist, Momoko Watabe, was born in Tokyo in 1994.
She started learning to play the piano at the age of 6.
In 2005 she finished Yamaha junior course.
In 2014 she was one of the finalists at the Tokyo Piano Competition and Japan Classical Music Competition.
In 2015 she got a scholarship and studied abroad in Hochschule Musik Theater und Medien Hannover Germany with Prof. Bernd Goetzke, Prof. Roland Krüger and
Prof. Christopher Oakden.
In the same year she held solo recital in Tokyo.
In 2016 she won the silver prize in the European International Piano Concours in Japan.
In 2017 she graduated from Tokyo College of Music where she had studied with Prof. Mari Takeda and Miho Shimada.
In the same year she started to study at Universität Mozarteum Salzburg with Prof. Gereon Kleiner.
In 2019 she held joint recital with her sister Sakura Watabe in Tokyo.
In 2020, she got into Konzertexamen at Hochschule für Musik as the only piano student.
Due to the coronavirus, a part of the entrance examination at that time was conducted remotely between Tokyo and Freiburg using Disklavier™︎ as a special measure. The program was broadcast on German television (ZDF), Japanese TV-program “news zero”, and “Yahoo! JAPAN”.
In the same year, she graduated from the Universität Mozarteum Salzburg with the best note.
In 2021, she was awarded a Deutschlandstipendium scholarship.
In 2022, she won the first prize in the chamber music category of the AMIGDALA International Music Competition in Italy.
In the same year, she performed at Beethoven Haus in Bonn.
In February 2023, she graduated from the State Performer Certificate Program at the Hochschule für Musik Freiburg with Prof. Hardy Rittner as Erasmus student.
In March of the same year, she performed at the Japan Cultural Institute in Cologne.
In April of the same year, she returned to Japan.
After returning to Japan, she held solo and ensemble performances. She started also teaching her students.
She took part in some master courses with Prof. Roland Krüger, Prof. Thomas Böckheler, Prof. Gilead Mishory, Prof. Hartmut Höll, Jan-Philipp Schulze, and Robert Levin and got the diplomats.
